Do I need equipment to follow the course?

You will only need basic equipment, such as a pull-up bar, a free floor and possibly resistance bands. Everything is adapted for those who train at home, on the street, in the park or at the gym.

How long is the course?

The course is designed to be completed at your own pace. Each module has a suggested duration (4 to 8 weeks), but you can advance as you progress.

I have joint pain or physical limitations, can I take the course?

We recommend that you consult a healthcare professional before starting. The course respects individual progression and offers lighter alternatives, especially in the beginner module.

Will I be able to improve even if I train at home?
